What we collect
When you fill out our contact form or book a call, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and anything you write in your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule calls you request, and — only if you subscribed — send you our newsletter. We don't sell your information, rent it out, or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Where it lives
Contact submissions are stored in our own customer relationship system. Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Beehiiv. Scheduling is handled by our booking provider. Each of these services has its own privacy safeguards.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. If you'd like us to delete the information you've sent us, email hello@betterstacks.ca and we'll take care of it.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may collect basic, anonymous usage data to keep the site running smoothly.
